Meet our leadership
Travis edvenson, Sales & Project manager
Travis has built a reputation across Des Moines metro for quality and trusted residential and commercial HVAC and water heating services. Along with his Masters in HVAC Travis maintains NATE certification and EPA licensing to safely and properly handle all refrigerants. Travis comes to Bryant Iowa Heating & Cooling with a decade of experience in service, install and sales. Travis will focus on leading the team through sales along with project management of commercial jobs.
John sawhill, president
John purchased Bryant Iowa Heating and Cooling in 2025. He will be focused on team leadership, finances and image of the company throughout the Des Moines metro. He has little experience in the HVAC world, but believes the focus of the trades should be local first.
Jacob Bruck, Service Tech / installer
Jacob has been with the company since 2024. Jacob focuses on sales, service and install. He is well-rounded and knowledge on the install through sales process. His primary focus is on the residential service and replacement. He will be able to assist with light commercial as well.
Willie Brazzle, Service Tech / installer
Willie has been with the company since 2024. He has multiple years experience as an HVAC tech. He has worked on the service side primarily, but he has been focusing more attention on install along with sales calls. His customer service is top-notch. He will focus on the residential service calls and sales opportunities in the company.
pat bussanmas, Service Tech
Pat has been with the company since inception. He has over 30 years experience in HVAC and primarily focuses on service. His wealth of knowledge dates back to all types of equipment. If you have an older system, he will know how to diagnose and fix the issue if at all possible. He will not focus on sales and will refer any opportunity over to the team. He is a true team player and customer service has always been his priority.
Trent mobley, installer
Trent will be focused on the install portion of HVAC. With 12 years in tool & dye, he decided to make a switch and focus on building skills within the HVAC and plumbing world.
